The technical office Ι.MYLONADIS & Associates was originally founded in 1963 by John Mylonadis, a Civil Engineer who graduated from N.T.U.A in Athens and Caity Mylonadi Interior Designer and Decorator. The practice provides full architectural design, project supervision, construction management and construction works as well as real estate development.
Over the last 57 years, the office has completed a wide range of projects of high standards such as residential houses and complexes, hotels, offices, industrial buildings, commercial shops and more always taking into account the particularities of the project and the needs of the client so that the final result reflects a combination of aesthetic quality, security and cohesion. Thanks to our expertise, high level of design sensitivity, technical know-how and hands-on experience, we design in order to improve the quality of life of our clients and harmonize with the surrounding environment, combining form and function while taking into consideration elements of time and cost.
Today the second generation consisting of George Mylonadis, Civil Engineer and Maria-Christina Mylonadis, Architect continues the tradition of the Office with the successful realisation of new projects.
The company undertakes projects throughout the country in collaboration with our specialized partners and our workshops guaranteeing to achieve the best desired result. CIVIL ENGINEER BEng, MSc DIC IMPERIAL,ΜSc NTUA
George Mylonadis after graduating from Athens College studied civil Engineering at Westminster University in London where he obtained his BEng with First Class Honours.
Then he obtained an MSc from Imperial College London and a second MSc in Structural Design and Construction Analysis from N.T.U.A.
He is a certified energy inspector.
He speaks english, french, italian, spanish, german
MARIA-CHRISTINA MYLONADI

Maria-Christina Mylonadi after graduating from the Athens College studied Architecture at N.T.U. in Athens. Then she obtained her Masters degree in Architectural Design M.Arch at Bartlett School of the Built Environment U.C.L in London. Also she is specialised in Interior Design having completed a variety of projects and has experience in renovation and restoration of buildings
